COVID-19 SALON GUIDELINES Firstly, we want to welcome you back to the salon. We have been keeping busy during lockdown with decorating and deep cleaning all ready to provide your services in a hygienic healthy environment . For us to be able to provide you with the safest, professional and hygienic service we ask for everyone visiting the salon to read and adhere to our guidelines. To achieve this, we have made a few changes in the services we can offer . Sadly, any Facial s will not be able to be performed until further notice due to the need for you to be unmask ed for lengthy periods of time. RECEPTION We will not be using our reception area until further notice If you wish to purchase any products please inform your therapist during treatment . We will stagger customer arrival times to minimise close contact. We respectfully ask you to wait outside until called into the salon. If it is raining please wait in your car we will call you on your mobile phone when you can come indirectly We ask you to wear a face mask at all times in the salon (we can provide one for 25p added onto your treatment service). All payments (using card/ contactless if possible) will be taken after service directly by your therapist in the treatment room. All re bookings can also be done at this time. We all have the booking system on our own devices.
TREATMENTS Before arriving (between each client extra time has been allowed ) the treatment areas will be sanitised/ cleaned and prepared for you. We request upon entering the treatment room you wash /sanitise your hands . Our therapists will wear gloves, masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) during treatments where required. PPE will be replaced after every service. Your therapist will wash /sanitise their hands before and after every treatment.
WE ASK YOU, OUR CUSTOMER Arrive at the time agreed, to maximise social distancing . To wash your hands /or use sanitiser as directed by our team before and after each treatment. T owe ar your face mask throughout your appointment. Do not come to the salon contact us and re=arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell (symptoms of COVID 19)19). If any person in your household is the same or self isolating.We are happy to discuss any of your individual concerns, please feel free to speak to a member of staff.
